1. Services

We offer custom fabrication services, including but not limited to metal fabrication, woodwork, CNC machining, welding, and related services (the “Services”).

1.1 Quotation & Orders

• All quotations are estimates and valid for 6 months

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and/or advance payment.

1.2 Production & Lead Time

• Estimated lead times will be provided at order confirmation.

• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., material shortages, equipment failure, force majeure) are not our responsibility.

1.3 Customization & Client Responsibility

• Clients must provide accurate designs, specifications, and approvals.

• We are not liable for errors due to incorrect information provided by the client.

2. Pricing, Payment & Refunds

2.1 Pricing

• Prices depend on material costs, labor, and project complexity.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2.2 Payment Terms

• 20% advance payment is required before production.

• The remaining balance must be paid before delivery/pickup.

• Late payments may incur additional charges.

2.3 Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders canceled before production may be eligible for a partial refund.

• No refunds once production has started.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery charges depend on location and order size.

• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.

• The client must inspect products upon delivery and report damages within 48 hours.

4. Warranty & Liability

4.1 Warranty

• We provide a limited warranty of 12 months on workmanship defects.

• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper installation by the client.

4.2 Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

5. Intellectual Property

• All custom designs provided by the client remain their property.

• Any designs, templates, or methods developed by us remain our intellectual property.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

• Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or mediation before litigation.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
